I really like something crunchy or chewy works whether I'm in the mood for salty or sweet! Granola bars, pretzels, tortilla chips, nuts---all of them are great choices!

Because I'm stage 3 CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) I am forced to look at the protein in everything.
